Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not automatically guarantee availability, acceptance, or confirmation of a service.
Where applicable, service details, fees, payment schedules, deposits, cancellation requirements, deliverables, and other conditions will be communicated before a booking is confirmed.
Certain services may require a separate written agreement. If a separate agreement applies, its terms will govern the specific service to the extent of any inconsistency with these general Terms.
5. Events, Gatherings, and Community Participation
Participation in Vita Jai Studios events, Unfiltered Conversations, The Unfiltered Collective, and related experiences is voluntary.
We may establish event specific registration requirements, age restrictions, safety expectations, participation guidelines, and other conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove a participant whose conduct is threatening, harassing, discriminatory, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with reasonable event safety and community standards.
Any refund eligibility following removal will be governed by the applicable event terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and applicable law.
We may make reasonable changes to event programming, speakers, schedules, or venues when necessary. Significant changes and cancellations will be communicated using the contact information provided during registration.
6. Community Conduct and Respect
We seek to foster environments where people can participate in honest conversations with dignity and consideration for others.
Participants are expected to respect other attendees, speakers, facilitators, volunteers, and staff. Harassment, threats, unauthorized recording, or conduct that compromises participant safety may result in removal or restrictions on future participation.
Participants remain responsible for their own statements, behavior, and decisions during our events and community experiences.
7. Photography, Audio, Video, and Media
Photography, audio recording, and video recording may take place at certain Vita Jai Studios events and initiatives, including Unfiltered Conversations and The Unfiltered Collective.
Permissions for the collection and use of identifiable images, voices, recordings, testimonials, and other participant contributions will be addressed through a separate Media Release & Photography Policy, event notices, and any required consent forms.
Attendance or registration alone does not constitute blanket consent to every use of a participant’s image, voice, or statements. Where consent is required, it will be obtained through an appropriate process.
Participants may not photograph, record, livestream, reproduce, or distribute identifiable content featuring other participants without the authorization required by applicable law and relevant event policies.
The applicable media policy or consent form will describe the intended uses of recordings, applicable permissions, and any available choices or restrictions.
8. Payments, Purchases, Refunds, and Future Products
Prices, payment requirements, applicable fees, and material purchase conditions will be disclosed during the relevant booking, registration, or purchase process.
Refunds, cancellations, transfers, exchanges, and credits are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any additional terms provided for the relevant event, service, or product, together with applicable law.
We will not represent a purchase as nonrefundable unless that condition has been clearly disclosed and is lawful. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer protections.
Vita Jai Studios may offer digital products, journals, merchandise, and other creative resources in the future. When these products become available, additional terms may address permitted use, licensing, delivery, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Purchasing a digital or physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property unless expressly agreed in writing.
9. Educational Information and Disclaimers
Information shared through our website, events, resources, programs, and community experiences is generally intended for educational, inspirational, reflective, or community building purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our content does not constitute legal, financial, medical, mental health, or other professional advice. Participation does not establish a professional client relationship.
