Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vita Jai Studios LLC is committed to providing clear information about payments, cancellations, and refunds for its events, services, and products. Please review this policy before completing a registration or purchase. Additional terms may apply to specific events, bookings, or products and will be communicated before payment where applicable.

1. Event Tickets and Registrations

Unless otherwise stated in the event listing or registration terms, event ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable.

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Scheduling conflicts or changes in personal plans.

• Failure to attend an event.

• Transportation difficulties.

• Personal emergencies or other circumstances that prevent attendance.

These conditions are subject to applicable law and any event specific terms disclosed before purchase.

Ticket Transfers

Ticket holders may request to transfer their registration to another attendee by contacting Vita Jai Studios at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. Transfer requests are subject to confirmation and any event specific requirements. A transfer is not complete until confirmed by Vita Jai Studios.

Some events may have different transfer deadlines or restrictions. Any exceptions will be disclosed in the applicable registration terms.

2. Event Cancellations or Changes by Vita Jai Studios

If Vita Jai Studios LLC cancels an event and does not reschedule it, attendees will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event, where available.

If an event is rescheduled, attendees who cannot attend the new date will first be offered the option to transfer their registration to another attendee, subject to the transfer requirements outlined in this policy.

If a suitable transfer cannot be arranged, attendees may request a refund. This process does not limit any refund or other rights required by applicable law.

Vita Jai Studios LLC will communicate significant event changes or cancellations using the contact information provided during registration and will explain the available options and any applicable deadlines.

3. Digital Products

Digital products may include journals, downloads, templates, recordings, guides, and educational materials.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, digital product sales are final and nonrefundable once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.

If a digital product is not delivered, cannot be accessed due to an issue within our control, or is materially different from what was described, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Services and Bookings

Services may include consulting, coaching, speaking engagements, facilitation, and creative services.

Any deposit, payment schedule, cancellation deadline, rescheduling condition, or refund restriction will be communicated before payment or confirmed in the applicable booking agreement.

Where a booking requires a deposit, the deposit may be nonrefundable if that condition has been clearly disclosed and is permitted by applicable law.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be submitted in writing. Requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of deposits or payments already made, to the extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

If Vita Jai Studios LLC is unable to provide a service that has been paid for, we will communicate the available options, which may include rescheduling, a credit, or a refund, as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.

5. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction or identify a billing error, contact us with your transaction details. We will review the matter and correct verified errors as appropriate.
